SER Scores

1. Each company is verified

We work with trusted partners who carefully review all companies that apply on S’whales before displaying any of their products.

Companies must prove their devotion to being Socially and Ecologically Responsible – SER. We thoroughly examine the actions they’re implementing.

We meticulously verify sellers to ensure their authenticity as well as their reliability. Only established businesses are allowed on S’whales.

We carefully assess every product to ensure it aligns with our sustainability standards before approving its listing on our website.

2. We attribute their SER Score

Once we know in detail which efforts they focus on, it’s time to give them and their products the SER scores they deserve.

A = for top sustainable companies and products that go way beyond basic principles for both our planet and society
B + C = for responsible companies going the extra mile and aiming to continuously improve their practices and products
D = this is the minimum required to be featured on S’whales. It means that companies fully uphold human rights and ensure healthy and safe working conditions for everyone. Their products are also ecologically responsible posing no harm to Earth’s biodiversity, soil, and society.
E + F = Not allowed on our marketplace, not sustainable, not responsible.
